Each basket holds up to 8kg. That’s usually a mix of clothes, towels, and small linens — anything machine-washable and foldable.

Yes! No lock-in contracts. You can pause, cancel, or change your plan anytime from your account or by messaging us.

We take great care with every load. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right — guaranteed.

Pick a plan, sign up, and leave your basket out. We’ll handle the rest.

We’ll wash everything in the basket as-is — no need to pre-sort.

If you’d like us to separate colours, delicates, or special-care items, just let us know in advance.

Sorting incurs a small fee to account for the extra time and care.
